About Me
I'm passionate about creating indispensable and delightful digital user experiences. The world is full of people who regularly have to use software that's ugly, confusing, inefficient and bloated with features that they'll never use. Being a Product Designer is my way of helping to change that. It's been my religion since I first read Don Norman's "The Design of Everyday Things" 20 years ago, and I've been designing user interfaces since then.
I was fortunate enough to be able to train with the Nielsen Norman Group (NN/g) whose principals include Don Norman and Bruce "Tog" Tognazinni (User experience pioneers at Apple) and the Usability guru Jakob Neilsen. I received my UX Master Certification from NN/g - with Specializations in Mobile Design & Interaction Design.
I have deep experience in senior client-facing roles at leading digital agencies. I’m a master at creating and delivering impactful presentations. I’m comfortable and confident in any client meeting - regardless of whether it’s with a mid-level director or a CEO.
I live in Toronto's Downtown East Side.
